The Narrator — Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using The Narrator mobile application (“App”) operated by Medusa Labs LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

• The App may offer auto-renewing subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
• Any free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe intellectual property rights or distribute content you do not have rights to.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Abuse narration limits or interfere with the App’s infrastructure.

4. Content You Submit

You retain ownership of URLs, text, documents, and images you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide narration services to you.

5. Intellectual Property

All code, design, trademarks, and generated audio interfaces are owned by Medusa Labs LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated audio may contain errors or mispronunciations. Do not rely on the App for critical or emergency use.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medusa Labs LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
